Due to a huge response to our Holiday turduckens, we have decided to offer this infamous dish year-round! A whole deboned free-range turkey, stuffed with a Polderside farms duck, stuffed with a Polderside farms chicken and andouille sausage stuffing. Roasted and carved, ready to go. We aim to provide eco-friendly catering for any of our drop-off corporate catering lunches by:

  • Using high quality re-usable serving platters and bowls instead of disposable plastic, cutting down on unnecessary waste.
  • Providing recyclable paper plates and other supplies
  • Using local and seasonal produce as much as possible
  • Creating all our own sauces, spreads and dressings from natural ingredients
