We aim to provide eco-friendly catering for any of our drop-off corporate catering lunches by:
- Using high quality re-usable serving platters and bowls instead of disposable plastic, cutting down on unnecessary waste.
- Providing recyclable paper plates and other supplies
- Using local and seasonal produce as much as possible
- Creating all our own sauces, spreads and dressings from natural ingredients
