BBQ Packages (30 guest minimum)
Signature Burger BBQ - $21.75 per person
All our beef burgers are mixed and made by hand from natural, hormone free beef, seasoned with a spice rub and stuffed with a dollop of our roasted garlic and shallot confit for unmatched flavour. They are incredible! Our chicken is free range from Polderside Farms near Chilliwack, BC.

- Basil Pesto with roasted onion confit and shaved asiago
- Peppered Pancetta, Guinness BBQ sauce, wild mushroom rosemary duxelle

Aged striploin (New York) steaks seasoned and grilled to medium rare and brushed with garlic herb butter.
Grilled Chipotle Chicken
Juicy grilled chicken breast marinated in a spicy and smoky chipotle marinade. Finished with caramelized lemon juice and fresh flat leaf parsley.
Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Hearty portobello mushroom caps topped with a mixture of real crab, roasted garlic, minced poblano pepper, chives, and lemon zest. Topped with herbed breadcrumbs and baked until golden brown.
Hearty Roasted Potato Salad
Red skin roasted potatoes tossed with caramelized onions, grilled asparagus, yellow pepper and basil pesto. Topped with lots of shaved parmiggiano reggiano and fresh basil.
